We went in the dealership to purchase a car that they ended up not having. They said they expecting the car in about 3 weeks. We ended up putting a down payment to hold the car so once it came it it wa ended up not having. They said they expecting the car in about 3 weeks. Within about 5 days of putting the down payment down we got a call from the dealership saying they got the car. We set up an appointment that night. We went in for our appointment and our sales person, Daryl Hoe, went over every book with us and helped us pair our phones to the car and showed us how to use just about every feature on the navigation system. This Acura Dealership is one I would send any family or friend to buy a vehicle or service. Right from the start I was treated like as if I was part of the family. They did not have exactly what we were looking for on their lot but my wife and I explained what we wanted and they found what we wanted at another lot of thiers. They said they could have it there in a few hours. And they did, was very pleased what we saw, it had some minor scatches and a ding in the hood. They said no problem they would fix all to our satisfaction. And if we did not like it afterward we could walk. They had their detailer buff it all up and our salesman Joe Connors went on his own behalf to call the dent doctor to fix the dent the right way. Looked AWSOME!!!! so we bought it. I have to say I purchased many cars and trucks in the past and this was the best experience by far. All right to the point and no games. Expecting to be overwhelmed by a sales force at the front I came prepared , entering through a side entrance. Casually I walked around the showroom floor and viewed the available models on display. Not until I was ready to ask questions did someone acknowledge me and made themselves available to answer my questions. I felt comfortable at the dealership and reccomend anyone intertested in a buying an Acura, this is where you need to go. After doing my homework on the cars being offered and comfortable with the price range in mind beforehand, it was obvious to me that introduction to a sales person was next in line. Enter: Ben Sumter., very nice man to deal with. Again, no high pressure. We test drove a variety of Acura's. Allowing me the flexibility of taking it out on own was by far the most unexpected service he offered. Via e-mail Ben and I kept in touch regarding the car in mind.
