My interactions with Sean and Alyssa were great. I only have one objection to things. Having to return to complete the recall work is an unnecessary intrusion on my schedule. I made the appointment to have the recall work done almost a month in advance. This was plenty of time for any coordinators to ensure that the parts department had any necessary parts needed for these recalls on hand. Having to return another month later and interrupt my work schedule because you didn't have parts on hand for one of the jobs required to complete the recalls is inexcusable, when you had a whole months to prepare. If I had prepared this badly for any anticipated work on my scheduled workflow in either my military career or the civilian career afterwards I would have been fired. You need to improve on this. Went in for oil change and state inspection. April 30, was informed no inspector was available. Drove home. Went back May 1. Had oil change done, they did a 30 point vehicle inspection instead o April 30, was informed no inspector was available. Drove home. Went back May 1. Had oil change done, they did a 30 point vehicle inspection instead of a state inspection. Got home without realizing they did not do a state inspection. Called, had to go back a third time on the same day, for the state inspection. 3 trips and 5 hours later everything done. Was not pleased. More

You advertise no appointment needed, but the service advisor expects you to have one. I had an issue with my radio not working in the past and it was resolved. After my recent oil change I picked up the vehicle and the radio wasn’t working again! I went back and explained the problem speaking to and advisor and service manager that told me they Wouk research the history and get back to me next day or so. It’s been over a week and I haven’t heard back from anyone…honestly, I expected nothing more! More
I dropped my car off early in the morning for an oil change which was my reservation (815am). I let them know I would be leaving it thinking it would help them, but needed it back by mid-afternoon. At 952am, I called to update them to include a tire rotation and not just the oil change. Michael said the vehicle showed it was already “working”, but put me on hold to speak to my service advisor, Jacob. At 12:19pm, I called back to speak to Jacob to see if my vehicle was done. It went to his voicemail, so I left a message with the switchboard to have him call me back. At 145pm, I arrived at the dealership because I had a pickup to make with my SUV and my vehicle was still not ready. It seems to me that waiting over an hour for a return call back from my service advisor should have been adequate. He didn’t even know I had called, so no communication from the switchboard. My frustration stems from the fact that if you don’t wait for your vehicle you get pushed to the back burner and secondly, 6 hours should still have been plenty of time to complete the requested service. I did speak to the Service Manager who gave me the tire rotation at no charge, however I just want to make sure others don’t experience the same level of service or lack thereof that I did. More
