I had a disappointing experience due to very slow service. Even though the required parts were in stock, it took 9 days to complete a basic repair. I was told the delay was caused by a lack of availa service. Even though the required parts were in stock, it took 9 days to complete a basic repair. I was told the delay was caused by a lack of available technicians. Because of the long wait, I had to get a rental car, adding unnecessary cost and hassle. If staffing is a known issue, it should be better managed to prevent delays like this. I won’t be returning. More

I came to the dealership a week before my appointment to schedule my appointment in person because I could not reach anyone on the phone. The person who scheduled my appointment was Tina. She wasn’t friendly, she wasn’t welcoming, to say the least. The day that I came back for my appointment she once again wasn’t welcoming, didn’t greet me and was very dry. The day that I made my appointment, we went over everything that was wrong, and we looked up the vehicle and confirmed that the vehicle was still under warranty, and that was why I was bringing it to the dealership. On the day of my appointment, she proceeded to ask me who do I reach out to for payment since it was a company vehicle. I stated “remember this vehicle is under warranty?”She stated typically vehicles that are 2022 model are not under warranty. I reminded her that we looked it up before I even scheduled the appointment. The overall experience was not good. I was never updated about Anything that was going on with the vehicle. I reached out three different times, and each time I reached out, I received an automated message stating that they received my request and someone will be contacting me. I was never contacted. My employee went and picked up the vehicle without my knowledge, and informed me that they found nothing wrong with the vehicle. It would have been nice to know that my vehicle was picked up and what they found or did not find. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

I dropped my car off at 9 am and wasn’t asked when I needed it back,’only getting a state inspection. I called @ 3 & got Katie’s voicemail, called back again @ 3:15, voicemail again. She called back to say my car wasn’t ready yet, there was only one state inspector working that day. I was very disappointed, she called @ 5 pm & said my car was ready, I didn’t have a ride @ 5 pm, she didn’t seem bothered by that, no options for a solution. I again expressed my displeasure, picked my car up the next morning, now wondering if the free state inspection is worth my time & trouble. More
