This says alot about your dealership. I spoke with the service manager, Derrick, last week. He was nice enough to listen, give me his contact information and said he would use my situation as a training tool for his staff. He was never sent my review so he didn't know about it. I mentioned Jeff by name and if someone had even bothered to ask him about the review, he would have known exactly who I was. Thank you for proving my point for me.
