4 hours for my first service on my truck. I was the third person checked in. I watched the waiting room fill up and then empty out. Not one word from anyone about what was going on. I inquire I was the third person checked in. I watched the waiting room fill up and then empty out. Not one word from anyone about what was going on. I inquired about my truck around hour 3 and was told it is being wrapped up. 45 mins later someone finally pulled my truck up. I will never visit this dealership again, and frankly I am contemplating just selling my truck and getting a Tesla, because I won’t have to deal with these xxxxty dealerships every time I need an oil change.
