Trying to talk to service was impossible. I called for 2 days straight trying to speak to someone, anyone, about the status of my car. No one would answer in service or return any of my voice I called for 2 days straight trying to speak to someone, anyone, about the status of my car. No one would answer in service or return any of my voicemails. I had to call sales at least 6 times where she would transfer me and again, never spoke to a person in service. She finally had to go to service herself and I received a call 3 hours later just to say they weren’t sure what was wrong with my vehicle and had to call me back. They called the next day just to say they couldn’t replicate the problem. I have had nothing but issues with my vehicle and now not sure if I could ever receive communication from service, I will never buy a Kia again. More

Scheduled a recall service a month in advance. I dropped the car off for the service only to be called a few hours later saying they had to order the parts. She person that scheduled the service k I dropped the car off for the service only to be called a few hours later saying they had to order the parts. She person that scheduled the service knew about the recall details and had plenty of time to order the parts. I wasted my time and effort to get the car up to the service department. Now I have to do this all over again in a month when the parts come in. I don’t think I would ever buy a car for Southern Kia More
