An employee named Rt,does not need to speak to customers coming in for service, I am completely convinced, that he is not customer friendly, he is very Very rude & disrespectful,, I wouldn't advise anyone, coming in for service, I am completely convinced, that he is not customer friendly, he is very Very rude & disrespectful,, I wouldn't advise anyone, to go there, for any type of service,,,MY car went I for a recall, & I ended up, coming out my pocket , ( with money , that I didn't havre, & their customer service socks, never ever again will I or anyone I know, have service done @ the va Beach, kia location, & I wouldn't advise any one else to either, # RIP OFFS More

Mgmt is terrible and he’s rude. No phones in dealership so you can call in to check on status with vehicle. I went to dealership at 3:30 pm to get an update because I found out the No phones in dealership so you can call in to check on status with vehicle. I went to dealership at 3:30 pm to get an update because I found out the phones are on computer, so it just shows a little icon that there is a phone call. And since only one service writer he couldn’t answer. I was so mad. And of course I showed that I was mad and mgr started getting on me, he’s lucky my husband was with me cause I would have cussed him out. He thru me out of office! So what. Two other customers had to come down to dealership cause they couldn’t get thru on the phone either. I had appt at 9:00 am and 3:30 pm still not down. I’m going to find a different dealership More
