Thank you Robert Delvecchio for a great job. Unfortunately it was under terrible circumstances since my car was stolen. But Rob kept me informed every step of the process of getting my car b Unfortunately it was under terrible circumstances since my car was stolen. Now if Kia Inc would fix (recall) the original problem with it being able to be started with a USB cord and stolen. (that last comment is for Corporate). I am looking forward to her being as professional as Bo. I have a choice of 4 Kia dealerships to choose from, all the same distance from my home. I will continue to use Southside as long as the service department continues to provide excellent service. I do have a question. Why does KIA of Southside not have any information about your service department besides a phone number on your website? Multiple pictures of the sales team, but no mention of service? More
