Efficient and Friendly Service After going a few years without a car, I was looking to purchase a reliable car with low payments. I had a bumpy start with the call center specialist After going a few years without a car, I was looking to purchase a reliable car with low payments. I had a bumpy start with the call center specialist, but then Zack stepped in and was great. He worked with me via email and phone to put together a deal that worked with my needs and price range. When it came time to go in and sign and drive, Chris was very friendly and efficient. He took me out for test drive just make sure everything was to my liking, got through paper work pretty quickly, and went over all the features. They got me in and out in about an hour. Very friendly staff in the showroom as well. Finance went over add-on as had too, but very honest if didn’t need something and didn’t push when I opted out. Overall very good experience with Spitzer Amherst. More
