We came in for a standard oil change and after finding out a lot of things were wrong with our car that weren’t worth fixing we didn’t know what we would do. Nancy is an absolute angel! She went on a few different test drives with us and was very patient the entire time and answered all of our questions. She was very understanding when we were worried if we would be able to get a loan or not. Everyone in the dealership is so nice and when you suddenly need to find a new car it makes such a difference. Thank you Nancy for all of your help you are the best! More
