I recently bought a new pickup from Spitzer and had a very good experience from start to finish. Everyone was very friendly and professional from the moment I stepped through the door.

What brought me to Spitzer instead of another dealership was their clear, no trick pricing on their website and on their cars in the lot. The price they display is the price everyone qualifies for, not like most dealers where you learn that the price on the internet was only for those who qualify for all these exclusive discounts (military, college grad, etc., etc.,). So, I was able to look at their cars and not be surprised what my car payment would be. To my surpise, I actually qualified for more discounts than were advertised - Not less.

What will keep me coming back was their polite and patient manner while I was being indecisive about which vehicle I liked the most. They made sure I fully understood the features of all of the vehicles I looked at and they were very knowledgable about their products. If you ever want a low-pressure car shopping experience where they treat you like a valued friend, then talk to Kirk Kennedy or Sid Grinstein - the two sales professionals I dealt with. They are the best in my book, and I have bought my share of cars over the years.

I stopped in to look at the new Jeep and drove out with a new 2013 Wrangler unlimited. Bob Ott was easy to work with and explained everything and answered all my questions. I received a fair trade on my old jeep which made the deal even better. The whole staff at Spitzer was friendly and helpful. I would recommend Spitzer to anyone I know looking for a new car.

I came in to look and test drive, I left with a Jeep Liberty, Bob Ott provided great customer service, he is a down to earth guy, was sincere and was not pushy. I never felt pressured or rushed to make my decision. I would definitely recommend Bob to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. Bob Ott was great to work with. Answered all my questions in detail, even brought in the service manager and sales manager to assist as necessary. I had many questions related to the purchase of my 2012 RAM 1500 Crew Cab 4X4.

My wife and i found a great used car and the Spitzer team went out of their way to make us happy while giving us a great deal. Bob Ott was particularly helpful by personally expediting the sale, even by staying after closing time to take care of the little details. My wife and I had been looking at 2013 liberty jeeps.Almost purchased one the day before we stopped at spitzer,but the dealer started playing the number game so we left.Found spitzer website with advertised prices.Got there early and met Adib as he was opening store.His upfront price was very fair and much better than the one we had from another dealer.We actually had a deal before store was open.Very pleasant people to work with.would recommend to a friend or family.Had a remote start installed and service people(Joe were great to deal with also.Car was ready when they said it would be.

Well let me start from the beginning my husband was doing a lot of research on the new 13 jeeps. Since we live nearby we stopped on a Sunday and they were open we meet bob our sales guy very friendly and funny and test drove the Rubicon and sport well we ended buying the sport Pat took care of our financing she was great she found the best rate and friendly too Well bob had known we were interested in the Rubicon too and on Wednesday he called and said they had dealer pricing need less to say we are a JEEP family now
The only down side is that spritzer needs to remodel their dealership

I would highly recommend the Spitzer on Brook Park road to anyone looking for a new car. As a first time buyer, I had been anxious about shopping for a new (used) car, but they made my experience comfortable, not stressed or pressured. Additionally, they had the right car for me, right on their lot, at an amazing price. Jim let me sit in any car I wanted without making me feel rushed. When I was ready to test drive a car, it was no problem. After a leisurely test drive and absolutely no pressure from anyone on the team, I felt completely confident and comfortable in my knowledge that this was the car for me. Randy even managed to finagle a great APR that matched my expectations/desires, even though this was my first time getting a loan for anything. I can't say enough about the team or the product - I love my new car and plan on sending my friends there in the future.
