I assure you, however, that it is not. 95% reviews I leave online for any business are brutal. But I went out of my way to write this one, as they earned it. I dealt with Stephen Rosenkrantz who I understand is no longer with them. I wouldn't say that the negotiations for a one of a king supercar were easy, as they're very knowledgeable about exotics, and they knew darn well what they had. Under the circumstances, the deal was incredibly easy, and they met me at a reasonable place where neither one of us was taking advantage of the other, and everybody was happy. The car, BTW, so this review doesn't sound non-specific, was the only stock purple roadster Tesla ever made. Every exotic car purchase is going to run into little difficulties. Period. It's just the nature of the beast dealing with rare cars. Stephen and starwood went way out of their way to make sure those minor things were handled quickly, and professionally, with great communication. The pictures were 100% accurate. Unlike me, starwood and/or stephen take great pictures. The car itself was as perfect as a handmade car could be. Not only that, but with all the nasty shippers out there, they managed to use one who delivered the car exactly as they had loaded it, in a properly enclosed transport loaded with a few astons, and there was not one scractch on it, nor spec of dirt, arriving on the correct day, near the target time, and taking a reasonable time to make it from Texas to California. And after the sale, Stephen went out of his way to take care of me. Tesla is not known for racing to stock roadster parts. The front license plate plastic frame had a minor break in it. As soon as the part arrived, like a month later, I received a brand new one from Stephen and starwood. I'm not in a supercar buying mood this second, honestly, but if/when I ever am? I'd hesitate not a second to do business with Stephen or starwood again. I cannot guarantee your experience with Starwood. All I can do is describe my own, which was terrific.
