We recently purchased a Volvo S60 T6 AWD from Steingold Volvo. My boyfriend contacted a number of dealers while researching the Volvo S 60. He spoke with Manny Bernardo at Steingold twice asking questions and reviewing inventory. Steingold had the BEST customer service and response. Based on that experience we visited Steingold to compare options in the models. Bottom line, two hours after arriving, we were driving away in the car.. Steve Bernardo coordinated the sale and detailed the car to us. He quickly addressed our concerns and questions. Mike delivered the vehicle, programmed the Bluetooth, showed us how to work the many features and sent us on our way. We definitely recommend Steingold to others.

Steve made the whole shopping and lease process remarkably simple and pleasant. He is personable and knowledgeable. I liked the actual look of the dealership itself, too. Other than wishing I could have negotiated a slightly better deal, while accepting that I got the best there was, the entire process was totally positive!

Knew exactly what car I wanted (S40 with a sunroof) and though they did not have it at the time Michael took the time to find it. No other dealership did that. Very smooth, quick and professional transaction.

By far, my recent purchase of a new Volvo C30-R at Steingold Volvo was positively the best car buying experience I've ever had. I was impressed from the first prompt email reply I received to my initial query through and including up to the moment I drove off in my new wheels. The entire process was beyond fair. The details were clearly and thoroughly explained. My trade in allowance was higher than the figure I had in mind going in and the price of the car was quite reasonably discounted. I was listened to, treated with respect and the utmost courtesy, and the atmosphere was one of genuine friendliness and good humor. This is the way a new car purchase should work. I would highly recommend Steingold Volvo and this is coming from a 59 year old who has purchased many new cars and trucks, foreign and domestic. Michael and Steven Bernardo were just terrific, extremely professional and knowledgable. And their mom , Leslie, is a lovely woman and pretty cute too...ha!

Mike and Steve made my experience of buying a car pleasurable and easy. They were more than happy to communicate with me online, working on pricing. This was extremely helpful because of my work scheduled and the distance from where I live. They were straight forward with my, and there was no game playing. They were able to give me a price that I was happy with and did not try and nickle and dime me. Because they are part owners, there is no going back and fourth between sales person and GM, they handle everything directly, and did not try and push a sale on me. I would highly recommend dealing with them, if they have a vehicle you want.
