Cleveland answered the phone and I told him immediately that I preferred email. He said, Sure, no problem." Over the next several days we emailed back and forth. By far he was the most responsive salesman I encountered between 9 dealerships in GA and TN. We live in Ellijay, roughly 90 miles from the dealership but I told my wife I would not go anywhere else once Cleveland gave me his best price. The most impressive thing about Cleve was I found his cell number and called him on his day off to give him my offer. He took the call to my surprise, called his sales manager and we came to a gentleman's agreement 10 minute later. We picked up the car 3 days later and it took only 1 hour in and out. Even Paul in Finance was efficient and fast. It is by far the fastest and best sale we have ever experienced. Absolutely a great dealership and Cleveland Morton is as good they come.
