I go to stoops to purchase a used vehicle. I test drive the vehicle I was interested in. All was good then here goes the salesman saying add ons for a used vehicle. WOW. It takes no skill, and no time to do it. In other words, it's a complete farce to notch a few hundred extra dollars out of the buyer with no effort whatsoever. Then here goes the paint protection, nitrogen in the tires. Nitrogen is free at tire shops Blah blah. Only for an extra 2000. Then your monthly payment is to high to afford. . 1 will not buy a used vehicle with add ons. Just another way for them to get more money from the customer. More

I called Stoops to see about a new Terrain. They looked at their inventory and the said one was available. I said, "Great, I'd like to com out to the facility and put a deposit on it. He said he wanted to email me some "numbers". I told him that would be fine but he may need to adjust it for the down payment and that I have GM-S. He stopped me there. He told me no one is accepting GM-S. Well, that isn't true. Why,because I just bought a Buick Encore for my wife at another dealership and they accepted GM-S pricing. He also told me they are adding a $3,000.00 markup on all new vehicles! I will never do business with this organization. To me Stoops is contributing to the inflation we all are feeling as they unscrupulously gouge the price of the vehicles they sell. More
