My wife and I had a wonderful experience at stoops. Friendly staff and clean used vehicles at competitive price. We will most likely be going back for our next vehicle.

I would like to give big kudos to Steve Willett, this is the second vehicle I have leased at Stoops with the assistance of Steve. He is very friendly and even more knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells.
Also I would like to acknowledge Toni Golladay in the service department she is always willing to answer any question you may have and always gets my car in for service or maintenance in a timely manner.
Overall I am now completely loyal to Stoops Buick and recommend them to all my friends.
"Awful Customer Service "

We had worked with salesman Bob Barker for a new Encore. After test driving the car we went back to the dealership where Mr. Barker offered the proposed price for the car. We told him we would have to think about it. Later that evening, Mr. Baker called to say that the GM, Jim Meyers, had authorized him to offer us a lower price. Following that discussion, we agreed and advised that we could be there the following evening to complete the paperwork for the car. Mr. Baker noted that he would not be at the dealership that evening but told us that the deal was all ready to go and another salesperson would handle everything in his absence. That next afternoon we had a family member experience a medical emergency which caused them to be rushed to the emergency room. When it became apparent it would be necessary for us to be at the hospital for several hours we called the dealership to notify them of the situation and that we would be there that next morning. Approximately 20 minutes after that call we received a call Mr. Barker. He said that even though he was out of the office, the dealership had contacted him about our situation. During that phone call, be proceeded to tell us that it didn't matter that we were at the emergency room. If we didn't come to the dealership that night, the deal was off. We couldn't believe his attitude. We called Mr. Meyers to explain our situation but was told he was busy. Mr. Barker, nor Mr. Meyers ever contacted us again. Needless to say, we were saddened and shocked. We will never recommend Stoops to anyone if that is how they treat customers!
