I was interested in purchasing a 2011 WRX and saw one posted on the dealership web site. The posting was quite detailed and showed the actual car offered for sale - not just stock photos. I made an appointment to visit the dealership and met with Laurence Bautista in sales. Laurence was very knowledgable and pleasant to work with throughout the car selection and purchase process. He presented several different cars for my consideration besides the one that I came to see. I was able to test drive three different cars for comparison. Laurence was never pushy but offered accurate information on the cars as well as his personal preferences which helped me make a more informed decision about my purchase. A few days later, I made a purchase price offer that was accepted and financing was arranged with the dealership finance department. Throughout the whole process I felt that I was treated respectfully, honestly and with the hope that I would be a satisfied customer. I mentioned the dealership's excellent web site - it just happened to be the source of a little confusion. On the day I purchased the car, it was outfitted with an $800.00 trim package that it did not have when it was photographed for the web page or when I first saw it two days earlier. The confusion may have been avoided if the web page posting on the car had included a list of the dealer-installed options. More
Called for a service appointment on Monday. Service department uses caller ID so I didn't have to give my name or description of my car. It was already on her screen. I kept the appointment. The shop was ready for my car. I sat in comfort and read while the work was being done. In about an hour I was on the road again in my newly-serviced and newly-washed Subaru. I went in to shop for a new Forester or an Outback. The prices were a little higher than expected so I looked at some used vechiles. Charles did not pressure me to make a decision but answered all my questions. I left and test drove another make of car but could not get that Impreza off my mind. We called Charles back and asked if we could come back so I could test drive that car. He got the car outside the showroom and was ready for us by the time we got there. Again I felt no pressure and everyone was very nice. They went through many options so that I could prehaps work out getting the Impreza. I left without buying at that time. However, I called the next morning and said I would be there in the afternooon and they held that car for me. I did end up buying it and am very happy in my new car. More

The dealership is a good place for selection being the largest dealership in the Phoenix area. My only complaint was that we were given wrong information about an accessory on the car and the price for t largest dealership in the Phoenix area. We did purchase 2 cars from them because of Subaru's high quality and we are happy with the purchase, but feel the sales staff could have been more knowledgeable about certain aspects of the vehicles. The staff was very helpful and understanding to my problem. They were also very attentive when I was in the waiting area. Kristi Moore (Service Advisor) consistently provides professional, friendly and outstanding service. She had my loaner vehicle ready when I arrived to drop off my vehicle for service. The service was pr professional, friendly and outstanding service. She had my loaner vehicle ready when I arrived to drop off my vehicle for service. The service was prompt and efficient and my vehicle was ready the same day even though I returned the next day to pick up my vehicle. The technician was even able to resolve an obscure noise coming from the engine compartment. The service department is large and inviting and Subaru Superstore makes warranty tune-ups easy and hassle-free. More

They went out of there way to make sure I was comfortable to make sure I was getting the best deal. I have never been treated so well by a dealership in all my life. When the delivered the cars they even went so far as to make sure my phone was synced with the bluetooth. All in all this was the best car buying experience of my life. More
