This was the third return visit for a problem I first noticed the day I got the car back from a 60K service. The car was low on power, which I suspected (and relayed to the service rep) was related to t noticed the day I got the car back from a 60K service. The third return was because the car dropped a cylinder on the highway (stopped firing, no physical damage). I spent 90 minutes waiting for a tow truck in the desert in 115+ degree heat, then an hour in a tow truck with no air conditioning, only to wait another 25 minutes at the dealership waiting to talk to a service rep (whom I had called to tell them I was coming in). I was provided with a nice, clean loaner car, which I greatly appreciated. The next day I was called to pick up the car, and was told the problem was a loose coil wire, which accounted for the power issue I had originally complained about but was apparently not checked until the computer complained about a misfire. When I picked up the car all I needed to do was drop off the loaner car keys, sign the service sheet, and leave. Instead I waited until the service rep got off the phone, only to be told I had to wait for another customer. A trip that should have taken two minutes took 25 minutes, most of it waiting. More

I found the sales staff also very professional particularly our Sales Associate Brent Gunderson who used no sales pressure, was very informative and worked with us on procuring a car that had the options we wanted. Initial contact with the Sales Manager set up a generally great lease experience with Charles and the Finance Manager. The only reason I took 1 point off for Overall Experience was at the end when I was abou great lease experience with Charles and the Finance Manager. The only reason I took 1 point off for Overall Experience was at the end when I was about to sign the lease paperwork there were some charges on there that I wasn't expecting along with an incorrect lease term. After some clarification from the Sales Manager and the Finance Manager the communication breakdown was rectified and a compromise was reached. I respect that the Sales Manager stepped forward to get this issue resolved to everyone's satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone as they will go beyond your expectations to make things right and still be fair to their dealership. More

I called at one in the afternoon and they said they would get my vehicle in the day of because I was concerned that there was something serious wrong with my car. Overall dealer experience was exceptional. The only pitfall was that i was told on the phone an hour's labor was 110.00 and I get to the dealership (75 miles away) and get quoted 130.00. Also the qutoes for subsequent work were astromnomical. 600.00 for a muffler replacement and 900.00 for a 60K service. Aside from price the dealership was above expectations on all accounts. More

Took Outback in for scheduled service- they were on time, professional and friendly. Very comfortable waiting area too. We bought our 2008 pre certified pre owned Tribeca at the Super Store late last year. We had a good experience then and, while there are dealers much closer to our home in Sedona and our condo in Sun City, Super Store late last year. We leave September 4 for a 4,200 mile driving trip and decided that a non scheduled checkup would make sense. I brought the car in assuming that I would have more done and spend more than what we did. Kristi convinced me that there was no need to do the 45,000 mile checkup until we returned from our trip. We appreciated the advice and despite the inconvenience of driving from Sun Cith to Chandler we will return for all major checkups. Not only is your service good but your facility is terrific. I was really impressed with his knowledge of the vehicles on the lot and his patience in helping me find associate, at Subaru Superstore in Chandler. I was really impressed with his knowledge of the vehicles on the lot and his patience in helping me find the car that fit our needs, when talking to him he listened to and remembered everything I said of what I wanted in a car. He already had several choices in mind when we arrived, I guess he was saving the best for last because once we saw it we knew that was the one. He wasn't a "pushy" salesman just very patient with us and very attentive. I will highly recommend John and Subaru to any and all of my acquaintances that are looking for a new or used vehicle. I am very happy with my FORRESTER. When working with Craig in financing he was very patient with us, as we were not prepared to buy a car, we didn't even have the trade in car with us, so it took awhile to take care of all the loose ends. But it all worked out and as I said I am very impressed with John and Craig's patience and knowledge. More
