The dealership is a good place for selection being the largest dealership in the Phoenix area. My only complaint was that we were given wrong information about an accessory on the car and the price for t largest dealership in the Phoenix area. We did purchase 2 cars from them because of Subaru's high quality and we are happy with the purchase, but feel the sales staff could have been more knowledgeable about certain aspects of the vehicles. The staff was very helpful and understanding to my problem. They were also very attentive when I was in the waiting area. Kristi Moore (Service Advisor) consistently provides professional, friendly and outstanding service. She had my loaner vehicle ready when I arrived to drop off my vehicle for service. The service was prompt and efficient and my vehicle was ready the same day even though I returned the next day to pick up my vehicle. The technician was even able to resolve an obscure noise coming from the engine compartment. Gil offered me an appointment the same day I called. I had a difficult to detect noise that could not be identified by 2 other shops. They succeeded at discovering the problem and doing the repair work for me the same afternoon, allowing me to travel out of town with confidence. I have worked with Mike Harris in the past and can't say enough about how great he is to work with. He's knowledgable, professional and really cares about his customers. He just moved over to the Superstore and they're lucky to have him. Once his customers find this out, they're all going to be coming over for whatever they need. He had a great approach; he was willing to email me price quotes and didn't hassle me over and over again like many of the dealers I met with. It was refreshing to feel like I was engaging in the buying process and actually being listened to, rather than pushed and cornered into a sale, as many of the salesmen I dealt with at other dealers. Brent answered all my questions patiently and fully, and was pleasant to work with. I ran him through the wringer with my haggling and questioning, and I still didn't feel like he wanted to boot me out. Its a huge deal to me to have someone nice to work with during a major purchase such as this. He followed up after I bought the car, and again stopped over just to say hello and ask how I liked the car when I was in to get a couple accessories. The people at this dealership are friendly, and say hello and make you feel welcome when youre there. My other experience at Showcase Honda makes me really appreciate how refreshing a change this is when working with a dealership. To sum it up, this was a complete 180 degrees better than any other dealership I have been to.
