As noted, they have given me exceptional traction and confidence during the winter months and are comparable to the factory tires. I bought a used low mileage Jeep at this dealer and the salesman Eric was amazing. However 6 months later at 37,000 miles the transmission completely fell apart from the inside out. It was towed to another dealership due to Subaru being closed and they told me that having had this vehicle such a short amount of time that there was no way the service dept at Subaru did thier inspections of it because it should have been caught at that time. I called Subaru and they knowing my situation and thier roll in this still quoted me higher then anybody for the transmission repairs. I went elsewhere and the day after I got the new transmission in the car the engine started misfiring. I went into the Spokane Subaru dealership and talked to the guy that sold me the car and explained to him the problems I was having with it. I told him I wanted paperwork proving that it had been inspected before purchase and he said no problem with that. He wanted me to talk to a manager and I waited around with my children for the manager. When he came out he was extremely rude, not even allowing me to talk. I asked for the paperwork and he made all kinds of excuses on why I couldnt have that proof. Everytime I would open my mouth to talk he would quiet me. I have never dealt with somebody so rude in this buisness and we buy a lot of new cars. I still do not have the proof I am requestiong. I will make sure nobody I know goes into this dealership. And I will make sure that the way thier people treat the customers and the quality of thier cars is known. More
I just want to point out an out of the ordinary experience I had with your dealership. I had an unexpected service issue happen with my 2006 B9 Tribeca on 5-7-2013. I stopped by your dealership ( experience I had with your dealership. I had an unexpected service issue happen with my 2006 B9 Tribeca on 5-7-2013. I stopped by your dealership (for the first time) to see if they could help me with a leaking radiator. Tim Prevett personally came out to examine my vehicle, which I thought was great, and offered to top off my coolant because it appeared low. Tim checked again in the shop and was able to locate a tech who would be wiling to examine my vehicle more thoroughly. After examination it was determined that the problem needed immediate attention. Without Tim taking this time to care for me and the pride he takes in his job, this could have cost me a lot more and obviously caused more stress for me. My wife and I both own Subaru's purchased at Subaru of Spokane this year. We love our cars. However, our experience with the service department in the last week has been nothing short of disappointing. Friday, December 28, 2012, I dropped off my WRX for a sythetic oil change. While speaking with the service specialist I also indicated that my rear bumper still had a clip broken (the car was purchased with this issue). I asked that the bumper be repaired under warranty if possible. When I picked up the car later that day I was informed that the bumper was not covered on my warranty and would be a few hundred dollars to fix at my expense. Also, I mentioned that I had forgotten my coupon which would have brought the price from $69.99 to $59.99 (coupon found on dealer webpage). Not only would they not help me with the discount, but the price was now $79.99. Today, Monday, December 31, 2012, I had the oil changed on my wife's Legacy. This time I remembered the Coupon!!! However, upon presenting the coupon I was informed that the service had been "closed" and it would be a huge "hassle" for me to use my coupon. Eventually the service specialist allowed the use of my coupon, but made it very clear that I had created a huge headache for him and his accounting department. This is pour customer service. As an active member of a Spokane Subaru Club (350+ members) I will make sure to share my experience with others. You've lost my wife and I as customers. More
I called the service department last Saturday (Sept. 22) I asked if there was a possibility to get my Subaru in for an oil change. Danny answered the phone was very courteous & said he would be able to acc I asked if there was a possibility to get my Subaru in for an oil change. Danny answered the phone was very courteous & said he would be able to accomodate me at 3:30. I arrived at the dealership about 3:15 and I was immediately greeted by Danny who told me it would take about an hour for my car to be serviced. I was told there was coffee in the waiting room and to make myself comfortable. I was told I wasn't able to get a car wash because there wasn't anyone available to do it. I had just had my car washed that morning so it wasn't a big deal. My acar was actually completed in a half hour. I was pleasantly surprised. Danny reviewed the paper work with me. There wasn't much to it as I have only had the car 5 months. Also while I was waiting for my car Craig Mesenbrink (the salesman I dealt with) walked through the waiting room, called me by name and wanted to make sure everything was going well with my car. More

I have purchased 3 Subarus frum this dealership and had very satisfying experiences with all of these. I also have purchased lieftime oil packages with these vehicles. I am always given enough information to make an informed decision regarding services, given an accurate cost and length of time prior to arriving at Subaru of Spokane. I have purchased parts and tires from this location also finding them competitive with other locations and the free servicing makes them a bargain quickly. The friendly shuttle service can be helpful! This particular service, I had a hanging plastic undercarriage protector. I brought it in without an appointment and Danny Thomas arranged to have it repaired quickly and complementary. I have come in for several small on-the-spot issues (headlamp bulbs, etc) and had them fixed quickly and cheerfully. My services usually offer a welcome car wash. Once years ago, I was skeptical about a need for a radiator replacement and went to a private mechanic, who confirmed that this was indeed the case. I am happy to have this service facility available for my Subarus! More
