I am sorry you have not been satisfied with your experience at our dealership. Unfortunately, the vehicle you purchased came with a 3000 mile/60 day limited warranty under our Assured Used Vehicle program and the problems you experienced did not occur until well after the warranty expired. The Jeep operated normally during inspection and at time of delivery and we have no way of knowing how the vehicle was operated for the 7000 miles after purchase nor of predicting when a transmission might malfunction.
