My car was damaged after I had a light bulb replacement. I came in for an oil change and bulb replacement. After I left the dealership I noticed the light cover was missing and there was a hole in my bumpe I came in for an oil change and bulb replacement. After I left the dealership I noticed the light cover was missing and there was a hole in my bumper. I went back to the dealership on June 14, 2023. I spoke to Amir Chabaan. He took no accountability. One the mechanics admitted they forgot to put the light cover back on. When it was put back on the cover was broken. At this point Chabaan showed me a blurry picture stating my car was damaged when I brought it in. My 2014 Beetle was not damaged when I brought it in. The next day he sends the same blurry picture and a rear view of the mechanic working on my car. I needed a frontal view that would prove my car was not damaged when it was brought in. That was not provided. Chabaan told me to file a claim with my insurance company. I see from a previous review this what he does. He has no integrity. If I could give a zero rating, I would. More

I really appreciated his transparency about everything, and unlike other salesmen he was not trying to rush me into getting any car just to get a commission. In addition, he was very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of my new vehicle. The sales manager James is also amazing. He worked really hard to make sure I was able to get my new vehicle with the lowest rate possible. Lastly, Alex in finance was very helpful with completing the finance paperwork, and he made sure I was able to understand all the documents I was signing and answered all of my questions. This is the best dealership experience I’ve ever had. I recommend if you’re looking for a new VW to go to Suburban Troy as you won’t regret it. More
