Ted was very knowledgeable of the autos he showed me and went out of his way to insure I was given the opportunity to try out any vehicle I showed interest in. I contacted and visited many dealerships in my search for a new vehicle. I was baited to come to the other dealerships, after being made promises that they would be able to sell me a vehicle at the price an a new vehicle. In every case, my meeting with the other dealerships ended in disappointment. If I was told up front that they would try and after trying it didn't work out, I could accept that results but that wasn't the case. When I called the Northwest Hills Dealerships, I was told that it might be possible to meet my expectations. I visited the dealerships and was extremely pleased to find that for every vehicle I test drove, the price and payment was as promised. I had 4 vehicle choices that met with my requirements and in the end purchased a vehicle. I would like to compliment all of the staff I came in contact with.
