I was referred to Ray Marko by a family member and upon meeting him, I immediately understood why. He is extremely attentive to his customers and really listens to what they need. I was looking for a used vehicle but was very specific about options and my budget. They did not have a truck that matched my needs at the time but Ray promised to find one for me. He called regularly to keep in touch and let me know about vehicles which were being traded in and soon, he found a truck that was exactly what I was looking for. After that, the deal was a piece of cake. I got a very fair price for the truck I was buying and was offered more than I expected for my trade. Jimmy and Scott were also friendly and helpful while going through the purchasing process. After the deal was finished, I had some extra options added to my truck and Ray was very helpful with that process as well. Overall, I could not be happier with my experience at Taylor. Everyone goes above and beyond to make you feel like part of the family, rather than just a customer. It's very obvious that Taylor not only believes in putting the customer first, but practices it every day. I would highly recommend Taylor Chrysler Dodge, and espcially Ray Marko, to anyone looking for a car. More

I had a very positive experience buying my new Jeep Cherokee. Kevin Emling greeted me at the door and made me feel very comfortable. He was patient and a good listener. This was not the easiest deal to get done. Not because of the dealership or salesman, but it was a unique vehicle that was difficult to find and not readily available in this region. Once a vehicle was located many of the other dealers did not want to give them up. Finally one down state would deal for it but not in trade. Taylor Dodge had to purchase the vehicle from them and then deal with me. We were able to get this done while trading in two vehicles and using corporate pricing. Through the whole process Pat McNeely was always on top of the current situation with the vehicle location and diligently worked with his management to ensure all questions were answered and every effort was made on their part to make sure the deal was completed. In the end the vehicle was delivered the price was more than fair and we reached a win win deal on the trade in values. I love the truck (best I have owned) and even after the sale had some after market work done and was still treated great. No "Who are you?" after the sale here. More
I have been dealing with Ernie Hampton for years and have bought atleast a dozen new Jeep Vehicles from him. During the problems that Chysler had several years ago, his dealership was closed. But I followed him up and went to Taylor which is very out of my way. I'm so glad I did. I got the deal I wanted, and got to work with the person I have known and trusted for years. So far I have enjoyed Taylor Chrysler Dodge Jeep. I plan to drive the extra miles even for just routine service. This is how happy I am with Ernie and the Taylor Establishment.
