Even though I had to wait for the car to be fully ready, he kept me updated throughout the entire day, answered every question I had, and genuinely made me feel more like a friend than just another customer. He even took me to Starbucks while I waited, which was such a thoughtful gesture and honestly says so much about the level of care here.
