worked with Naveed and Spencer on the purchase of a vehicle. The numbers had been agreed upon, financing was arranged, all required information had been provided, and we were at the point of scheduling vehicle. The paperwork had not yet been signed, but the transaction was otherwise ready to move forward. Before pickup, I was specifically told that the damaged rim would be repaired, the tire would be replaced, and a wheel alignment would be completed. These items were discussed directly and acknowledged in writing. I relied on those commitments when continuing with the purchase process. After everything had been agreed upon and we were coordinating pickup, I was suddenly told that the dealership would not perform the wheel alignment, despite it previously being promised. This was especially frustrating because the process had already taken nearly two weeks, and the final purchase numbers were essentially the same numbers discussed 10 days earlier. I also repeatedly explained that I live in Orange County and could not make multiple trips to Temecula for issues that should have been resolved before delivery. I was not asking for anything new or additional. I was only asking the dealership to honor what had already been promised as part of the agreement. I have written messages documenting the rim repair, tire replacement, and wheel alignment. A luxury dealership should communicate clearly and stand behind its commitments. Withdrawing a promised repair after the deal had been agreed upon and pickup was being scheduled was unprofessional and caused me to lose confidence in the dealership. More
