My Review of The Autobarn Volkswagen of Evanston:
I had narrowed my car search to three, two not being VW and was really impressed with the conversations I had with Bojan and his passion for the brand. The day of purchase the dealer did not have the model/color I was interested in but had it on the lot ready to go before we had finalized price. I had to run before Bojan could explain all of the various features/controls of the Passat and he called me the next morning making sure I was happy and to set an appointment to get me comfortable with the settings.

My Review of The Autobarn Volkswagen of Evanston:
The representative was friendly and nice. I got a fair deal but only concern was they will not fill the gas fully while taking used car delivery and also will not give the good complement. Since my represetative was good, he gave me one water bottle ( which is not I expected, but adjusted). Making the customer happy is very important.

Other than that, they are good and friendly. Everyone please confirm everything before finilising the price.

I have had a very pleasant experience with this dealership, purchasing a cute black Volkswagen Beetle. I can say without hesitation that I was particularly impressed by the professionalism, honesty and patience of Denis Tomsa, the sales consultant with whom I worked. I must admit I'm pretty picky when I buy something, but this young man, with professionalism and kindness helped me to buy the car in only a few hours. He took all my comments into consideration and had everything taken care of when the work was all done. I like when people respect my time and conduct themselves with outmost consideration for my needs. Denis Tomsa made a difference in my day.
I would absolutely recommend this dealership to everybody. They provide exceptional customer service.

Jesse was really patient explaining all my options to me and answering all my questions. And even though it was pretty late (I was impressed they stayed so late! I know it's their jobs, but...) Scott was great at explaining things, too. I felt they were really trying to make my experience the best for me.

I came to the Autobarn Volkswagon in Evanston to buy my first car and had a great experience. I worked with Bojan Kokanovic to find a car that worked for me and he was consistently very helpful, patient, and honest throughout the two days that I test drove cars. We didn't have to play games to come to an agreement on price, making it overall a very easy day! I am very happy about my car and the dealership I chose.
