It used to be excellent. It is no longer. I had my vehicle in for a regular service check that I had to wait for 2.5 weeks to take in. My appointment date was4/29/24. After It is no longer. I had my vehicle in for a regular service check that I had to wait for 2.5 weeks to take in. My appointment date was4/29/24. After, I called 4 times because my onboard computer alerted me that my break pads were bad and to drive moderately. Absolutely nobody got back to me. I’m very disappointed that service at this dealership has gone very far down in such a short time. ALSO… I had my car there today for an oil change and air filter. There knew about the break pads. If they listened to my messages I left, they could have ordered the pads. Now I must wait another week for replacement. And, ALSO, I had to stop at a local tire place because It was telling me there were tire pressure problems. This is ridiculously inexcusable. The tire pressures were set incorrectly. I’m not happy with Tom Hesser BMW right now. Get your service together. More
