Service was by far the best! I recently took my 2015 Ford Edge for service to Toms even though I did not purchase this car there but had purchased other cars there. I was always happy to deal with Toms but I am 30 miles away from this dealership. I had to deal with my local dealer in Jersey City who just never took any pride in being a Ford dealer, especially in repair of Ford autos. I decided to travel to Toms, rent a vehicle to get home, and let them look into my problem. It was the best decision I ever made. I dealt with Vito in service and he was truly interested in fixing my vehicle. I will not go anywhere else to have my car serviced or purchase another vehicle from but Toms! More

I'm torn. I origanally rated Tom's Ford service center a one star, the lowest rating, because i did have a negative experience when I brought my vehicle in for a standard oil change. A mistake was center a one star, the lowest rating, because i did have a negative experience when I brought my vehicle in for a standard oil change. A mistake was made by the employee. That wasn't my issue, though, as we all make mistakes. My issue was the way the employees at the service center reacted when i questioned the mistake made. I left very upset and angry. However, after posting my original negative review on this website, I was contacted by a service manager from Tom's Ford who finally validated my concerns. He was very apologetic for how I was treated and is working with me to make up for my negative experience. Because of this, I'm willing to give Tom's Ford service center one more shot. I'm hoping this experience was a one-time thing and that it will be positive the next time. More

THE WORST DEALER IN MONMOUTH COUNTY FOR REPAIR SERVICE. We changed the battery on our 2010 Fusion. As soon as the battery was hooked up the air conditioning stopped working. We went on-line and found that We changed the battery on our 2010 Fusion. As soon as the battery was hooked up the air conditioning stopped working. We went on-line and found that this is a common issue with the Fusion. When we took the car to Tom's they tried to charge us $600 to fix it. When we complained they told us to pick-up the car, as they would not repair it. Every time you take the car to Tom's for service they try and jack you up on repair costs. We are calling Ford Motor Company to lodge a complaint. More
