I was in for service 3 times and they couldn't fix the problem. On the third time they wanted me to continue to agree to tests even though the problem was discovered. When i refused further tests and demanded the part be replaced the service manager lied and said he will order the parts, then after i left he said i was irate and he refuses to do business with me again. Poor customer service! When another dealer saw the video of the problem they ordered the parts within 5 minutes and i will go there next week to fix the issue. The service manager is an awful representative of Ford and i will never go there for service or sales again. More
I have never been to a dealer before that had such a knowledgeable service employee who actually took the time to explain to me the problem my vehicle was having. Bob (Jr?) brought me to my vehicle and knowledgeable service employee who actually took the time to explain to me the problem my vehicle was having. Bob (Jr?) brought me to my vehicle and pointed out the areas that were effected and explained how driving habits can adversely effect proper maintenance wear. I learned a great deal about my 2006 Ford F350 Diesel and how to properly protect my vehicle. I would recommend anyone to Tom's Ford Lincoln for any of their service needs because you will be given the honest approach to your vehicle's proper care. More
