I just picked up a new Grand Highlander from Towne Toyota and had a great experience. Matt Diane was great in helping me to buy out my lease. The transition was done without any problems and only took about an hour. I just had my first service for my Toyota 2023 Rav 4 XLE Hybrid at Towne Toyota where I purchased it. It was done in about an hour & the service ticket stated code 05KSYN which stated: performed a multi po Hybrid at Towne Toyota where I purchased it. It was done in about an hour & the service ticket stated code 05KSYN which stated: performed a multi point inspection & a tire rotation. Usually there is a separate sheet for the multi point check off sheet but there wasn't any, also no listing of a new oil filter with 5 new quarts of oil. Asked my service advisor Dave Durnal why this wasn't listed on the service ticket & shrugged his shoulders & pointed to the service code 05KSYN as he rushed me to my car. Driving home I didn't feel good of what happened there being my first impression of having service done there. At home I called the service dept & spoke with Lisa who told me that they don't change the oil & filter at 5,000 only at 10,000 because it synthetic oil. I maybe be old school but I believe the first initial 5,000 service should include a oil & filter change to get rid of all the break in metallic material & contaminates. None of this was explained to me at the time of the service write up or even after it was completed. She said all that was done was a tire rotation! REALLY! I drove a 75 mile round trip for a tire rotation,I could of done that in my driveway. I'm appalled by what what done & also what wasn't done at this 5,000 mile service, this is not customer service but just get them & get them out. I put a call in to the service manager to express my disappointment of this entire service, not holding my breath for his call back! I appears service advisor Dave Durnal could not be bother at Towne Toyota Service dept to extend themselves to the customer to explain their service before it happens or what was performed when it's completed! More

Just picked up my 2023 Tacoma. Matt was very helpful and easy to work with. Very professional. The overall experience was excellent from start to finish. Got home and thought I left my house key on my trade in keys but nope, Matt had swithced it to my new keys! that type of proactive thought and service is rare in todays world and was reflected in the whole process. They made buying a new vehicle what it should be FUN!! More

Our salesmen Matthew Diana did an excellent job guiding us thru the buying process as well as as giving a full explanation of the cars operating feat Our salesmen Matthew Diana did an excellent job guiding us thru the buying process as well as as giving a full explanation of the cars operating features with setting up our cell phones to activate the online functions, We will be returning to get the license plates, mud flaps & door trim he was able to negotiate into our deal thanks to Sales manager Frank Giambattista. Yesterday I bought my new Corolla Toyota at Towne Toyota. I had a wonderful experience purchasing my new Corolla there through Costco car program. The process was stress free and pleasant. Marco Kalov the salesperson was very thorough and knowledgeable, and he accommodated all my needs. He did not push anything on me. He listened to me and tried to be helpful whenever it was possible. From the moment I reached out with a brief inquiry, he texted me back with all the car charges for the car model that I planned to buy and answered all my questions. And they were a lot! He was responsive and knowledgeable with a long customer service experience. I really recommend this dealership if you need to buy your new car. More
Dealer would not sell car to someone in North Carolina due to motor vehicle delays. Reason was absolutely ridiculous since I would have to obtain NC inspection, register vehicle and purchase NC tag, then due to motor vehicle delays.
