What a surprise I had with my dealing at Towne Toyota in Ledgewood, NJ. This dealership has come a long way. I got lucky when I found Master Tech. Marty Prutzman. He is not only professional but a true Master among his peers. My car has never run better!

The absolute worst dealership I have ever encountered. Rude salespeople who treated me as if I were stealing the car, even though I paid them cash. When I want to pick up the car it was filthy, and things were broken in it. I was told it was too bad, because "I was stealing it at this price."

RUDE RUDE RUDE. Stay away. They will rip you off and not care one bit. Also, my car had been in an accident and they pretended it was mint. I would never buy from them again, and neither should you. They're direspectful to customers and liars, as well.

picking out the car was the easy part, dealing with contractual obligations and financing, was a nightmare! the salesman, Ryan Williamson was barely old enough to shave and knew very little about the car, especially when he couldnt show us how to set the phone and the GPS.

The sales people at Towne are very courteous. But after the sale you have to deal with the servce department. Now you are in troble. The quality of work at dealership prices are not worth it. If I purchase another Toyota it would not be from Towne.

DO NOT...DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF PURCHASING A VEHICLE HERE!!!!! Listen to the victims of this dealership. I negotiated my price online, drove an hour to the dealer with my 2 children, signed the paperwork for the car and when they asked how I was paying I showed them my blank check from Capitol One Auto Financing which I was approved for a WAY LOWER interest rate than toyota -they first tried to convince me to finance thru them at a "competitive rate". When I declined, they voided my sales form and said they didnt accept checks from Capitol One Auto financing because of issues on not getting paid. Oy my GOD!!! What liars--how about they DONT GET A COMMISSION when you bring your own financing.Capitol One verified that Towne Toyota HAS accepted their checks with out incident BUT since they weren't going to get a commission they voided the sales contract I signed and said they didnt have to accept my financing. How do you do that to people? How do you do that to a family struggling in a HORRENDOUS economy who were smart enough to shop for a lower rate to save money...and were in NEED of a bigger car because of the addition a new baby. Despicable employees and ethics. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau as well as Toyota customer service and Channel 12 News in New Jersey to bring attention the sub-human practices of these dealerships.

The sales person I initially interacted with was polite. but when i said that i could not afford the deal given by him, another oversmart sales person poked his nose unnecessarily as he didn't have anything better to do & behaved totally rudely & arrogantly with me & my family. He actually asked us to get out of the dealership since we could not give them business. He also said that I should go buy an American car suggesting that American things were useless & not reliable. The guy should be kicked out of the dealership.

They send a misleading flyer at your home & then insult you if you go with those expectations.

I won't recommend this dealership to anyone.

this dealership is totally bullshit. they tell you that the car is certified however, the car is never certified in the first place. they don't give you any paper that says that the car is certified. totally bull shit dealer ship. they ripped you off in price. totally gemit dealership. don't ever go there to buy any car, as they can't satisfy your need. IN SHORT, THIS DEALER SHIP IS CHEATER AND LIER. don't recommand this dealership at alllllllll.

This is an excellent Toyota dealership to deal with. Im happy with my purchase and recommend anyone looking to buy a Toyota to go here. I would go back to the dealership and buy a Toyota, but Im moving to Honda's because they are safer and more reliable

Even with perfect credit, was still hustled into a very onerous and overpriced lease. Should have looked elsewhere - have since found much better deals.
