We first talked with Mark Lewis on the phone. We needed a new 12volt battery for our Camry Hybrid 2007. Had to leave the car overnight, and was given a nice new free rental. I also was quite impressed with Julio and Rebecca, who were positive, friendly, and very helpful. Manny Hernandez, Manny Ruiz, and Alex provided the best customer service I've every experienced at a mechanic. They went above and beyond to make sure that I received excellent service and a competitive price. I had brought my Toyota over from Hawaii about a year and a half ago and had taken it to the Toyota dealership in Culver City. I was taking my car to random bodyshops when there was a strange fluid coming from the bottom of my car and one bodyshop said it was my radiator and another said it was engine oil...I was freaked out and called my sister (She's been a longtime Lexus customer) and she made me tow my car from North Hollywood to Toyota Santa Monica. There I met Alex. The service was night and day from what I got from Culver City. He got me in and out of there quickly, got me a loaner and all my overdue services done. HE'S AMAZING which is why I will always make a trip from North Hollywood to Santa Monica to get my service done with him. If anyone needs service done I would recommend making an appointment with him! More

I walked into Toyota to buy a brand new Yaris. Both departments were excellent also, friendly, helpful,professionl and efficient with excellent results and the service and repairs were carried out very speedily. They organised a car hire which had a car waiting for me as I dropped off my car for repair and for the service a friendly guy, dropped me off to my yoga class whilst the car was being serviced. It's refreshing to go into an organisation where everyone is happy, helpful and excellent at their jobs. Thank you Toyota/Sion Santa Monica, I recommend you 100%. More
