To whom it may concern: I would like to share my horrible experience with Toyota Universe located in Little Falls N.J. On August 29 2002 I purchased a Toyota Highlander from the above mentioned d horrible experience with Toyota Universe located in Little Falls N.J. On August 29 2002 I purchased a Toyota Highlander from the above mentioned dealership. After we came to an agreement on the price of the car I was offered a number of after sale items which I declined. During the delivery process there was no mention of these items. I get the car home and receive my first statement only to find that I was charged for the aftermarket items I declined. I called them immediately for some sort of explanation. I contacted my sales person directly and he told me that "he had nothing to do with it and could not be of any assistance" ....what ? Really ... wow!!! ...how's that for service after the sale is made?... So my next call was to the manager who would not even speak to me regarding this transaction . So now I have all these extra items that I never wanted and can't seem to get this resolved. I have made MULTIPLE attempts to get this resolved through management and have had zero success. I would never recommend this establishment and the customer service is beyond atrocious!!!!! Buyer beware, this is just a slimy, sneaky establishment that is clearly looking to take advantage of their customers .... Needless to say I will never recommend or refer anyone to this bush league business .... Después de que llegamos a un acuerdo sobre el precio del coche, me ofrecieron una serie de artículos posventa que rechacé. Durante el proceso de entrega no hubo mención de estos artículos. Llevo el auto a casa y recibo mi primer estado de cuenta solo para descubrir que me cobraron por los artículos de posventa que rechacé. Los llamé inmediatamente para pedir algún tipo de explicación. Me comuniqué directamente con mi vendedor y me dijo que "él no tenía nada que ver con esto y no podía ser de ninguna ayuda"... ¿qué? ¡¡¡En serio, wow!!! ...¿Qué tal eso del servicio después de realizada la venta?... Así que mi siguiente llamada fue al gerente, quien ni siquiera quiso hablar conmigo sobre esta transacción. Así que ahora tengo todos estos elementos adicionales que nunca quise y parece que no puedo resolverlos. He realizado MÚLTIPLES intentos para resolver este problema a través de la administración y no he tenido ningún éxito. ¡Nunca recomendaría este establecimiento y el servicio al cliente es más que atroz! Tenga cuidado con el comprador, este es solo un establecimiento viscoso y astuto que claramente busca aprovecharse de sus clientes... No hace falta decir que nunca recomendaré ni recomendaré a nadie a este negocio de la liga Bush... Gracias More
