My recent experience at Toyota World of Newton was, by far, the best I have ever experienced. It began with Betsy Marrero, the sales associate, who found the Tacoma truck that I was looking for with the optional equipment I wanted. The trade-in negotiation was crucial to my purchase and the appraiser came up with a fair price for my Tacoma with 96,000 miles. Financing was next and Betsy, with support from her managers and finance people, was able to get me a very competitive rate with payments I could manage. The new Tacoma was ready the next morning and the paperwork process was very smooth and reasonably quick. Finally, Betsy's delivery of the Tacoma was incredibly helpful, from the new features on the 2017 to the very complex audio and navigation system. She paired our phones, set up the navi system to get us home and to another location in Maine. My wife and I were very impressed with her depth of knowledge about the Toyota. Betsy even took off the license plates from our old Tacoma herself. Since then I have had several questions for Betsy and she is always available, pleasant and accommodating on the phone. Needless to say, we will return to Toyota of Newton and Betsy Marrero. More

We had heard a lot of good things about the Subaru lineup but the prices weren't meeting our budgetary needs. Not only did Betsy help us make our decision by addressing both the pros and cons of both Subaru's and Toyota's, but she guided us to the GREATEST CAR WE'VE EVER OWNED! Our (Iron Man!) red RAV4 has all the all wheel drive benefits as its Subaru counterparts and none of the fuel wasting negatives associated with full time AWD. And if that wasn't reason enough, she was able to secure us a RAV4 promo that got us a lease payment that was less than that of the Subaru Legacy (a sedan). She reassured us that the RAV4 was the way to go, especially after mentioning that our Dog would need a place in the back away from the baby. Being new parents, we didn't even think of it.
