Good afternoon, my name is Jardel Pereira. I went to Toyota in Deerfield today to check a proposal sent by Mr. Rod Mesch. I was assisted by another salesperson who asked to evaluate my credit, I went to Toyota in Deerfield today to check a proposal sent by Mr. Rod Mesch. I was assisted by another salesperson who asked to evaluate my credit, my name and also evaluate the car, and the information given by Mr. Rod Mesch did not match the even though I was informed. In other words, I wasted 30 minutes of my life going to Toyota in Deerfield Beach. I have my 2022 Corolla hybrid purchased from the seller Dani Viana, an excellent professional who is very truthful and sincere in all information, an impeccable person in all doubts and information, Ja na. Toyota Deerfield was only disappointed due to the lack of professionalism and ethics in passing on information. I don't recommend it, I felt completely disrespected! I hope that the person responsible for the sales team changes their approach and that transparency becomes the sales tool and not just money! More

Mario, Shaun and Raakhi made sure my car was well taken care of. I am from Nj and spend a few month here in Florida and this experience has been by far the best in a number of years I have owned at least care of. They replace parts a part that was not broken but, I was told that they need to be replace to charge me more, also the liquids were not top as the bill indicated. The electric cables that connect the batter told that they need to be replace to charge me more, also the liquids were not top as the bill indicated. The electric cables that connect the battery to the engine I was told that they could not fixed them, I was also never call for hrs with any info even do I was sitting there all the time. All I can say is grate service.... and then they Ask with I don’t service my car with Toyota. More

Let me say, this was one totally nice experience today. I walked up to the information desk and was immediately greeted and directed to a super kind salesman by the name of Fedir. He was very down to earth I walked up to the information desk and was immediately greeted and directed to a super kind salesman by the name of Fedir. He was very down to earth and easy to get a long with. We test drove a (sporty looking) Corolla 2024 SE, and I knew it was a perfect car for me. The manager, service manager and finance person were all very sharp, professional and knowledgeable. Best memorable part of all, was when Fedir came back with my final price, with a super straight face. He sits down very serious and puts the paper down on the table and slides it over to me. ( watching for my reaction) We both then had some super big happy smiles on our face. More
