Criminal Business Practices Taking advantage of ESL customer Hideous abuse of the multi-point inspection. A customer that comes in for a simple TPMS light can leave being charged thousands of $$. replace brake pad bad service and doesn't help me to replace the brake pad, i dropped off my car for couple times because i heard the squeaking noise when i hit the bra bad service and doesn't help me to replace the brake pad, i dropped off my car for couple times because i heard the squeaking noise when i hit the brake, seriously service department can't help me to do replacement for brake pad. It was wasting my time to wait, at the end they told me there's no issue at all, they thought i was lying to them, i have an warranty and they should listen the customers when they have some issues. Now i'm going to use my money to replace the new brake pad. Thank you Toyota of Orlando, what a cheap dealer and worse service that i have experienced. More
