There was no miscommunication. I walked in there with a credit score of 815. They hit my credit 8 times ( I received the confirming emails). I ended up with a horrible rate of 11%. So I went to refinance through my bank the same day and they informed me that dealerships hit the credit score hard. I called and spoke to darell about it and he flat out hung up the phone on me. So I went in and spoke To your finance manager in person. He assured me as he ran my score yet again that my score was still in the 800’s. On June 21, approximately two weeks later I ran the report myself. It showed my score dropped by 43 points and showed the reason as five hits to my credit by you. If you would like to “fix” the problem, you can go back and correct the damage you’ve done to my credit report.
