Amazing service The Service Department Supervisor Mitch is excellent! I drive over 50 miles to go to this service center. My service manager is Rodrigo. He gives me all my options and is very knowledgeable, never pressures me to do anything but because he is so thorough I trust him and the mechanics as well. He looks out for me. I have had my car serviced there 3 times now and I love it. Worth the drive. One time I arrived in the morning at 7am and I was helped by Mitch and thought he was one of the porter/assistant. Mitch was so kind and patient with checking me in (there were already 10+ cars waiting at 7am). It was after he helped me that I realize he was the supervisor over all the service managers. I was very impressed that the Big boss was not too proud to help out in the morning. To me this tells alot about the quality of customer service that is expected from top to down. I was able to speak to a mechanic there too Joe- Master Mechanic (?) again though young in age very knowledgeable and very thorough! Excellent service in the Service department!!!! More
