I always have great service at Toyota Scion of Scranton. Kevin took care of me on my last visit. I am a little disappointed, due to the fact that my prepaid maintenance is up. I had just purchased my new vehicle 2 weeks ago but they did not have enough time to put on the accessories I wanted. So I made an appointment to have my remote starter installed, they provided a loaner car did not have enough time to put on the accessories I wanted. I had a problem, so I thought with my new 4Runner. I stopped in and saw Kevin, I explained what was going on with my truck. He was able to fix it in the parking lot (my rear window was cracked open). I stopped by the dealership to check my tire pressures. Kevin meet me in the parking lot and directed me into the garage. Turns out the spare tire was low. I visited Toyota Scion of Scranton last week for a vibration on my van. I had originally thought the wheels were off balance. Kevin, who was the person helping me in service, told me that it may not b vibration on my van. I had originally thought the wheels were off balance. Kevin, who was the person helping me in service, told me that it may not be just a balance issue. Turns out, the axle was ready to break and it was unsafe to drive. Luckily it was under warranty and they provided a rental car for me until my van was fixed. I was a little upset that an axle could go bad after 20,000 miles but I couldn't ask for any better service from Kevin and the dealership. More
