Jeff Hall couldn't have made the purchase of my 2012 Camry easier. I've bought 3 Toyotas, new and used, in the past 3 years and this was the easiest transaction so far. Certified Pre Owned Toyotas are the way to go and Toyota Financial's 1.9% rate makes them even more attractive. It's refreshing to get out of the city and out of the pressure and sit down with someone who knows my business isn't easily earned.

It's definitely worth the 75 mile trip from Lexington to do business with these folks. I'll make this journey again.

I will rate my experience with Jason Coston, and Somerset Toyota Scion as "Excellent" ! I am a middle aged man who has stretched the life of a vehicle to near extinction and found I needed a vehicle. I looked up the Toyota Dealerships within 75 miles of my home and decided to request information online. I have not owned a Toyota product since 1976 , (a 1971 Toyota Corolla). Two dealerships were very responsive but Jason Coston's attention to my original request led me to buy from Somerset Toyota. Jason Got the vehicle ready for me and my wife and I drove down ,bought a new Toyota Tacoma and drove it home. I am very happy with our purchase !

I couldn't be happier with my experience. Everyone was very polite and very helpful. I am also very pleased with the finance. I do not have one negative thing to say about anyone or anything. This was my very first experience buying a new car and I am so pleased.

I had a wonderful experience at Toyota of Somerset. I would recommend this dealership to my friends. I give Chris and Jeff an A+. They are professional, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. They made consistent efforts to streamline the purchase process. I can honestly say this is the first vehicle I have ever purchased that I actually ENJOYED the entire process. I made a short drive from Ashland to purchase this vehicle and it was well worth my time. I know where my next vehicle will be purchased: Toyota of Somerset! I purchased my first Toyota Camry nearly 12 years ago in Somerset. When it was time to replace my car, I went back to the same dealer because of the quality of care they provided during my first experience. Their service department took great care of my first vehicle anytime I needed assistance with it, so I figured going back to Somerset was the best choice for me. I was thankful that the same salesman was still working there! Working with Stacy Dykes eliminated a lot of the stress that typically goes on with car shopping. He did NOT make me feel pressured, and was very clear in explaining the financing with no hidden fees or agendas. He was helpful as I weighed the thoughts of purchasing a new car or certified used vehicle, and supported what I decided was best for me financially. He did NOT make me feel like he wanted me to buy the most expensive car so he could make more money, it was about what I needed. Toyota of Somerset has gained my trust. I will refer friends and family members to them without hesitation when they are in need of a new/used vehicle. Toyota's certified used program allows consumers to buy a used car with confidence that the dealer will continue to stand behind their product. This also influenced my decision to purchase another Toyota!

In closing, all of the people I encountered while in the showroom, the business office, and out on the lot were friendly and helpful. Toyota of Somerset is a buyer-friendly environment! I will go back there again!

The only 2 thing I would have wanted that I didn't get were a full tank of gas and tags paid since they run out next month. I'm still a satisfied customer though.

Jason Coston is the type of salesperson that you hope will be there when you go to buy your next car! ! ! ! !


From the very beginning, Jason was friendly but not pushy. He really, really knows about cars. Jason answered all our questions from the important ( "Big" ) to the

insignificant ( "Small" ). He is very, very knowledgeable. Jason was extremely patient and gave us all the time we needed to make a decision about purchasing a car.


In dealing with Jason, we felt that he was helping us to fine the car we wanted, instead of trying to just sell a car.


Jason did not pressure us to buy a car but gave us the imformation that we needed when we were at the Toyota of Somerset Dealership and when we phoned him. We

have phoned Jason with questions about our car since we made our purchase and he was just as helpful and patient.


Everyone that we dealt with was extremely professional and helpful.


If we were looking for a car today, we would certainly visit Toyota of Somerset first.
