We just bought a new Outback and were very pleased with the process from beginning to end. Subaru Bob was great to work with, and along with Mike, went above and beyond to make our experience very smooth. They even arranged to have the car and paperwork delivered to our house, due to a time constraint with a business trip my husband was leaving for the next day. I would (and will) definitely recommend them to friends and neighbors. They are worth the drive to Cumming!

Had a great experience at this dealership. Bob Cichocki was very informative and knowledgeable about the car I was interested in buying. He answered every question I asked. He pointed out all the details of the car I was purchasing. Bob showed us the service department, he explained in detail, discounts, service times to bring the car in for service, drop off box for keys, etc. I left the dealership knowing that I had made the right purchase and I had picked the right dealership.

We had a truly wonderful experience purchasing our 2013 Subaru Outback with Bob Cichocki. As he writes in his bio, he believes in the golden rule (about how to treat people) and making sure the experience is fun. It was all that and more. My husband and I enjoyed the exchange of questions, the information Bob offered, and most key to us – the patience he provided through the process. We are new to Subaru and Bob appreciated that in the way he responded to us. It was not about pressure. It was about us determining the best decision for us. It’s always exciting to buy a new car – however, this experience was enjoyable, comfortable, and uncomplicated. In a word: Wow. I had been thinking of trading my small SUV to get a car with less miles to last me through retirement. I started test driving some cars to get a feel for the different vehicles I was considering. I spend the prior weekend at various dealerships with salesmen who knew alot (and kept talking to my husband instead of me!) or next to nothing about the cars. Some were putting on the pressure and one even suggested I not consider one of the cars I asked about because it was probably out of my affordability!!!! He didn't even know my name, run a credit report or anything! I would not have bought a car from him if it was the one I was just dying to have! My husband suggested I check out the Subaru's, he had one about 5 years ago which we liked very well. When we got back home, he checked out the website for Troncalli Subaru and said I should give them a shot. On Monday I contacted them for more information and got a quick response from "Subaru" Bob. We set up a time to come in and test drive a Legacy that afternoon. It had started to rain when I arrived but Bob assured me this was Subaru weather. He had the car ready and I took it for a spin. I really liked the handling and it was relatively quieter than the other vehicles I was considering. What I liked most about my experience was "NO Pressure" sales. There was no Mutt and Jeff routine to talk me into paying more for the car or trying to get more for my trade. I wasn't introduced to ten other people who tried to convince me this is what I should buy. Bob took care of everything. I was really pleased with what they offered me for trade and with the special financing Subaru was offering, it was a no brainer that I would buy a new car as compared to the used vehicles I had been considering for same amount or more money. Troncalli Subaru recently performed the first scheduled service on our new Outback. Conrad MacArthur of the service department did an excellent job in working with me. Conrad is a friendly, customer oriented professional. In addition, the service was completed efficiently and in a timely fashion.

Eric was so great to work with! He made my car buying experience fantastic and helped me with my seemingly never-ending questions. This is our first Subaru purchase. We dealt primarily with Bob Cichocki. Bob does an excellent job. He is courteous, honest, friendly and has a sense of humor. Bob exhibits the personality traits one would hope to have in a friend. He has a broader perspective than just making a sale. For me, all this is important. Beyond our experience with Bob, our experience with all the other individuals was also very positive. I would have to say, in our history of purchasing a new vehicle, this has been a great experience. And on top of all this, our new 2013 Outback is also great. The quality of workmanship and safety features in this vehicle is excellent. When you couple all this with a very reasonable selling price, it makes for an exceptional experience. I would highly recommend to anyone, not only Bob Cichocki and the entire Troncolli dealership, but the Subaru vehicle as well.

Just purchased my second Subaru from Bob. Although there are other Subaru dealers in the Metro Atlanta area my first sales experience was so good I had all the confidence I needed to return to Troncalli again. Bob takes the stress out of purchasing a car, is professional yet friendly, approachable, truthful and sincere. And the price was right for both the trade in value and the new car.
