Hours of Anticipation I had sent an email in regarding interest in the Ford Edge for sale. I received a text quickly and the questions I had received a response quickly. The following day I went to Tucson Subaru to satisfy the nagging feeling that this car was a good deal. While only time and faith will tell, the staff(mainly Trent ) were very transparent, forthcoming and gave us ( my Mom wound up with a car by the end as well) every opportunity to gain information. It was a long and tiring day and though I am on summer break, I was the tired one at the end as Trent was perseverant through out our time. If you remeber the Saturn sales paradigm then you know why this is not a rating of excellent due to the eyeballs upon me the entire time. It seemed as if several sets of eyes were anticipating me needing something despite the fact that I was already in more than capable hands. Near the end of the deal, there were technical issues and a busyness to the store that delayed our finalizing the purchase yet each of the folks involved were transparent about the issues and apologetic yet determined to get us out of the store by the required time. In business there is little room for emotion but there is plenty of room for cordiality, respect and communication. The staff my mother and I dealt with at Tucson Subaru exemplified each of these traits. More
A very comfortable car buying experience. We recently purchased a low mileage Subaru Outback. I was impressed by the fact that I wasn't pushed towards a new vehicle or one with more bells and whistles. I'm pretty happy with the Outback in the week that I have been driving it. I miss my V6 from my trade in but it sure is much easier to get the old hound dog in the back compared to the previous SUV. More

The Best Service Department Anywhere! I just wanted to thank the Service Department at Tuscon Subaru, and especially the Service Technician, Dan Ford, for the excellent service we received I just wanted to thank the Service Department at Tuscon Subaru, and especially the Service Technician, Dan Ford, for the excellent service we received yesterday. My husband and I live in Silver City, NM (3 hours away), and the AC in our 2014 Forester had not been operating properly. Our vehicle was just out of warranty, and after performing some diagnostic tests, Dan determined that the issue was likely a faulty compressor. He took the initiative to contact Subaru America on our behalf, to ask if they would honor the recently lapsed warranty, and they agreed! Our car was repaired at no cost to us! Needless to say, we were very satisfied customers. However, even if we had been required to pay for the repairs, the kind, courteous, and professional service we received at Tucson Subaru, was excellent. From the loaner that we received, the periodic updates from Dan on the vehicle’s status, and the clean and comfortable waiting area in the Service Department, made our experience one that we will not soon forget. We were able to make the 3 hour drive home in cool comfort! We will happily recommend Tuscon Subaru to any and all Subaru owners who are in need of service. New Forester - positive experience I was greeted by Spence Bilbo when I first visited Tucson Subaru. He was helpful, low-key, friendly and unhurried. My circumstances were complicated re: timing of buying a vehicle. Spence stayed in touch in a low-key way until I was ready to purchase. The selection of the appropriate model and trim went very smoothly, with his help. Sales Manager Terry Iseminger stepped in to resolve some tricky dual-state residency issues with impact on registration, insurance and financing. It was obvious to me in many ways that Tucson Subaru is truly focused on customers. I could see that my experience in buying a car was a priority for everyone I encountered. Plus, the customer waiting area serving both sales and service is extremely nice! More
