I came in for a regular warrantied service visit. I had received an e-mail from salesman Edward Oresman suggesting I upgrade on my leased 2019 Crosstrek, so while I was waiting for a loaner car, I decided to check into the possibility. I sure was surprised when our visit ended with me driving home in a brand new 2021! He spent hours with me, going through the application process, discussing financing options, showing me the car I might be leasing, taking a test drive, and once my application was approved, he suggested some accessories, (I bought two), and I cant even remember all of it. On Information Overload, I went home to process and came back the day after next for tutoring on the phone/sound system. Eddie Oresman did a FABULOUS job working with me, and let me know I can call on him with any questions I might have, before the complimentary Subaru Love appt. which will be scheduled sometime in the next couple weeks or so.
