I will bever take my truck or any other car I own to this dealership service consultant Shane is very unprofessional, went in because my 2020 High Country wouldn't start because of a fuse on top of battery, dealership service consultant Shane is very unprofessional, went in because my 2020 High Country wouldn't start because of a fuse on top of battery, next thing I know I need a water pump, I was told the bearing seized on water pump .... funny thing is my truck never runs hot!?!?!?! So I told Victory don't do anything else to my truck so when I show up to pay for diagnostics, I see that the technician cut my belt on my truck, the belt had no abrasion mark from rubbing (if my water pump was seized) I guess they made sure I would need a water pump before I picked my truck up to take to another dealership to fix, I was told also they turn the engine to see if engine block was seized ..... Just know when going to Victory Chevrolet you are NOT going to be treated with respect Shane really had issues from the start of me dropping my truck off to them for repairs ,,,,Never again Victory Chevrolet and I will let every person I come across that I will never shop here again. Cheesy sales tactics and ridiculous pressure. An unnecessary and unwanted “protection package” that they use to gouge customers. Run away. An unnecessary and unwanted “protection package” that they use to gouge customers. Run away. More
Poor advertising of vehicles. Reached out to them. By the time they responded, we'd had time to look and purchase a vehicle elsewhere. Lucky break for us! Reached out to them. By the time they responded, we'd had time to look and purchase a vehicle elsewhere. Lucky break for us! More
Bait and switch. Would never recommend. Car priced 18700 online. My car rated at $8200 on Victory's own price ranking. Got to dealership. Won't sell the car we want f Would never recommend. Car priced 18700 online. My car rated at $8200 on Victory's own price ranking. Got to dealership. Won't sell the car we want for the advertised price because we don't want to finance it. Now it's 21500 or so. Rerank the trade-in. They will only give us $6000. Then they are going to charge us $1000 for a detailing or service that we didn't ask for and didn't want. So, with the tradein, they offered us the car for 17600. About $1000 less than the online asking price. No, thank you. We left. More
Hidden charges over $1,700. 00. They add a $1,700 useless coverage that most people do not need or more importantly not worth$ 1,700 They put this every car with no chance of re 00. They add a $1,700 useless coverage that most people do not need or more importantly not worth$ 1,700 They put this every car with no chance of removal. Kept asking for what we would pay for car and went back and forth but they NEVER CHANGED THIER PRICE. Complete waste of time. More
What a joke! Tried for 2 weeks to set an appointment and no luck. Finally got Erica to tell me just to show up because the service manager turned off all the appointments. I showed up for my service and ch no luck. Finally got Erica to tell me just to show up because the service manager turned off all the appointments. I showed up for my service and check engine light and the little man in the office came out with a pissed off attitude and said leave the car and we will get to it when we get to it. I took my vehicle to South Charlotte Chevrolet and they welcomed me right in the same day. Never going back to Victory Chevrolet where the customer never wins. More
Do not buy a vehicle here, especially used. Salesmen are good at there job, but the service after the sales really sux. I bought a 2019 Ranger on a Saturday in February, returned it Monday with transmission good at there job, but the service after the sales really sux. I bought a 2019 Ranger on a Saturday in February, returned it Monday with transmission issues, and told them of a cracked taillight lens. Being a lane sensor taillight its very important to have. They sent the truck to Tyndol Ford and they rebuilt the tranny, but was not notified about the taillight. Just talked to them again and they won't do anything about the taillight, or give me assistance getting it fixed. Again, stay away from here... More
Visited Victory Chevrolet on 17 Apr 21 to get my wife vehicle. We called on the 16th to see if they still had the two vehicles she was interested in. Tim said that they did and that he had both keys in f vehicle. We called on the 16th to see if they still had the two vehicles she was interested in. Tim said that they did and that he had both keys in front of him. On Saturday when we arrived, Tim had one ready for us to look at, but come to find out the other one we were interested in, an employee had been driving it.... So he did not have both keys when we talked the day before. The used vehicle we decided to go with had some good paint chips on the hood and scratches on the doors and hood. They were not willing to negotiate at all on the price, even given the damages. We had to go with the vehicle because my wife did not have a vehicle and needed one by Monday. They also added a $1600 "dealer protection package" that we tried to refuse but they said that it is advertised on their website so they could not take it off..... it was not on their website. When we got back to the finance office, the gentleman that was assisting us never talked to my wife about any of it. Even though we told him that the vehicle was hers, he would only talk to me, which was rather rude to say the least. The whole experience there was not a pleasant one. Would not recommend. More
