Unorganized Horrible overall experience. Sales manager was the only person that knew what he was doing. Rest of staff i would rate below average.Poor explanation of warranty of vehicle. Tried to make an appointment, called a few days later to confirm and there was no record of the appointment. So tried to make another, when I showed up for my appointment there was no record of it. Work was confirm and there was no record of the appointment. So tried to make another, when I showed up for my appointment there was no record of it. Work was not done in time frame they said it would be and took from Thursday until Monday to get my vehicle back. After completion of work I found a handful of bolts under the hood, not knowing what they were from had to come back in and make sure they were from an old part and not parts forgotten to be put back in. Also found that a bracket had been broken that had nothing to do with the work they were doing. When I told them about this they basically said they can’t do anything about it because it wasn’t in the area they worked. More

A few weeks ago we had some work completed and one job was an oil change the tech never reset the oil component nor did they put the mileage sticker in the window... so on this visit it was to be done alo was an oil change the tech never reset the oil component nor did they put the mileage sticker in the window... so on this visit it was to be done along with the inspection. It was not done the oil component wasn't reset I had to tell her again to have it done and the tech came out and did so. More
