As usual, the service was great! The simple oil change was performed, and in checking the car out, a nail found in one of the tires and of course repaired. This prevented an extra trip to have it fixed, was performed, and in checking the car out, a nail found in one of the tires and of course repaired. This prevented an extra trip to have it fixed, or worse a flat tire out on the road. The billing clerk applied Prefered Customer credits, so our bill was reduced accordingly. This visit was set up for normal service on my 2010 GMC truck. I also mentioned a problem that I had been having since the truck was new with always needing to run the defroster on full to keep the window truck. If I tried to put heat on my feet, the windows would fog. The service rep was able to find a service bulletin related to the problem and they were able to correct the problem by reprogramming the computer. The truck is a real pleasure to drive now.
