My Review of Volkswagen North Scottsdale:
sales staff i would rate excellent. i was disappointed in service dept. my new vw cc was not properly serviced for pick up. lojak was not installed correctly. i had to call sales dept. and speak with warren and jim to get help. jim arranged apppointment very quickly. i think that service management needs to take a more hands on approach. i was told, but should not have been, that service dept. staff turnover/new people was reason!!! Also my service book was not stamped when vehicle delivered to us. on second visit i had to mention this three times to get it done!! i hope you do better in the future. and thanks once again to warren, jim and chris for their attention and support. \

i shopped around with all of the dealerships in the valley and finally found my passat for a great price at VW of north scottsdale. Tuk at this location was great. Very knowledgable and nice straight shooter and worked out a great price on the used car that i wanted. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking for a new or used car. Tuk has the patience to not force a deal on you and is willing to help you if you come in more then once to look.

I had shopped around at literally all 5 VW dealers in the Phoenix area, and even one in Tucson and GLADLY returned to North Scottsdale VW to make my purchase. Kevin Wright is OUTSTANDING to work with and doesn't try to pressure or "sell" you on a vehicle but rather is very patient & enables you with the information needed to make a decision ultimately with a very competetive price too. This was the best car buying experience ever & a very low stress environment. I would most definitely highly recommend both Kevin Wright and North Scottsdale VW.

I just recently bought my second vehicle from David Bonanno at this dealership! I never thought I would actually enjoy buying a vehicle! With this dealership you do not get harassed or hassled. They treat you extremely well and want you to be happy so you will return. I highly recommend this dealership and salesman, David Bonanno.

After viewing the online inventory, I was tempted to make the 50-mile drive to the VW North Scottsdale dealership to inquire about a vehicle I'd seen online. I was greeted by a salesman who offered his help, with no pressure. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, and was able to answer all my questions to my satisfaction. I am happy with the price for my trade-in, and even happier with the value of my new Volkswagen Touareg. The financing terms were better than that which was offered to me by my own credit union. My experience was great, and I would definitely reccommend this dealership to friends and family.

I found David and Volkswagen North Scottsdale a few years ago when searching for a new car. I called several dealerships and knew I found the right dealership and sales person after a few moments on the phone. David was incredibly knowledgeable, informative, polite, and answered each of my questions. Since then, we have bought several new cars from David and have had an excellent experience each time. He is the best! We get our vehicles serviced at VW North Scottsdale (there is no better place) and our service rep, Sherry is fantastic - timely, great customer service, and honest!

quality of work: all of the repairs I have had are holding up great.
friendliness: with vdub I always get a good hand-shake.

My Review of Volkswagen North Scottsdale:
We currently have 3 VWs in the family - Touareg, Jetta and diesel Jetta and all were purchased at VNS. All our cars are serviced here at VNS with loving care by Sherry and her amazing technicians. Sherry has always been pleasant, professional and accomodating, even when dealing with some of the mysterious 1st generation Touareg service issues I brought her, or handling my reaction to some of the larger repair bills faced now that my beloved T-reg is out of warranty! I can be a difficult customer but she has always given top-notch, flawless sevice and communication. Everyone involved in the care of my family fleet has been friendly, informative and customer service oriented. We appreciate the efficient shuttle service provided on busy mornings, the cleanliness of the offices and customer waiting and shop areas and the efficiency with which our almost perpetual service visits are handled. The staff and management at VNS have added tremendous value to our Volkswagen ownership experience for almost 8 years now and I would highly recommend them to all VW owners.

My Review of Volkswagen North Scottsdale:
We wanted a VW Tiguan with very specific options and spoke with a few other dealerships about ordering one, they were totally uninterested in anything other than selling us what was already on their lots. Warren ordered us exactly what we wanted and was very informative about our Tiguan. He follows up and keeps in touch. We waited 6 months for our car and it was well worth the wait. The gentleman who serviced our car ( I regret I do not remember the name) was also pleasant and professional. The price we were quoted (and got) was lower than quoted by other dealers in town even though the one we ordered was loaded with options. This was a totally good experience. I love my Tiguan, I love North Scottsdale VW, and I love Warren Austin! I will be back.
