I’m very pleased with my experience at VW of Downtown. I originally came in by mistake, however John took the time to show me the Atlas Cross Sport and explain the difference between the trims. Overall a really good experience and they made it easy to purchase the car that we wanted. Really happy with all the follow up that they have done since the car purchase and look forward to continuing worki purchase the car that we wanted. The only drawback is just the amount of time it takes to go through the process. There are a couple times when had we been made aware of a couple things that were needed we could have been better prepared and sped up the buying process. More
