Not content at all!Was never told they would take my lease as trade in to “save” me taxes which was about $200 and added 2000 to my contract and made it seem as it evened out . I never questioned at the time of signing because it showed as a negative. But again it was never clarified to me. Never crossed mind that they would take a lease that I was turning in on its turn in date as my own. Sales guy kept saying they’re would purchase the car , i thought they were purchasing from VW,since it’s a LEASE. I was explained all of this when I went in a week later after signing. If I could, I would break my contract to never make business with VW again ! More
