My husband and I went to the Volkswagen of Downtown Chicago to purchase a new vehicle and trade our 2015 Jetta. Joanna was the sales person available and I am so glad it was her. She also advocated for some of the small details we wanted and we were very happy with our purchase. We encountered some issues with refunds from the previous vehicle we purchased in a different location and Joanna called and checked-in on multiple occasions to assure we were able to figure out and did not need any further assistance.
