We have worked with many salespeople but Bill has set the bar so high. He is extremely diligent, respectful, responsive and transparent with his clients. He explained the nitty gritty details of the paperwork, and provided us with copies for our records which made us feel informed. He paid a lot of effort to do what is in our best interest and ensured that we don't have to pay more than we need to. Although we ended up not buying, it was a pleasure working with him. Best experience at a car dealership in a long time. From the second I pulled up and was looking for parking they directed me to valet at no cost. I walked in not really knowing what to expect and 3 people i the second I pulled up and was looking for parking they directed me to valet at no cost. I walked in not really knowing what to expect and 3 people immediately asked how they could help where I was introduced to Chris. Chris asked me a series of questions and helped to put me into a vehicle matching those requests. When I wanted a higher trim (because I looked at one on the lot and loved it) he made sure to let me know if might be above the price point so that there were no surprises. it was the end of the night but Chris never made me feel pressured. I took my new vehicle home that night but had some additional treatments that I purchased that required me to come back. Chris made is absolutely easy to get those done and not be inconvenienced (he scheduled everything). I look forward to coming back for my first service to see Chris and the whole team. I highly recommend Chris and the VW downtown team. More
